My vision
To enable every individual to achieve their full potential to contribute to our world with their unique talents and make the world a better place in their own beautiful way.

My mission
I empower children and adults to understand and manage their emotions in a healthy way so that they can:
-
prevent long-term mental health problems
-
have the freedom to make better choices
-
have the resources to face challenges resiliently
-
create happier and more fulfilling lives
-
become who they want to be and are meant to be.
My Philosophy
I completed several qualifications because I felt one approach wasn’t enough. I wanted to have all the tools to serve my clients in the best possible way.
Studies have shown that just talking about a problem over and over again without any reframing or solution makes it worse.
While I provide a safe and non-judgmental space for you to explore what's going on, through tailored questioning, I also help you discover what’s causing the problem and what your ideal outcome would be. Then we focus on getting you there.
As a coach, I don’t give you advice because that would disempower you. It could even make things worse if you already have an underlying belief of not being good enough. I aim to get you to your desired outcome as fast as possible while empowering you to resolve any future challenges as well, so you won’t need me in the long run!
However, if you are stuck and something won’t shift, well, coaching might not be enough, and you may require a different approach to help you shift the underlying issue. And this is where my other qualifications come into play. But you don’t have to worry about any of this, because it’s my job to recognize how I can best serve you or your child.

Why I became a therapist and a coach
At the age of 14, I became the rock in my family and spent several years of my childhood helping many relatives through their difficult times while neglecting myself. However, there is only one thing I would change about my past, but I will come to that in a minute.
Why wouldn’t I change anything else? Because I wouldn’t be the person I am today. These struggles, while difficult, made me resilient, a problem solver, and a helper. Ultimately, I wouldn’t have become someone who is dedicated to helping others overcome similar struggles in a better way. What do I mean by a better way? Well, that’s the one thing I would change. I wish I had the tools back then that I have today.
This is why I decided to help children, so they don’t have to go through what I had to. So that they don’t develop anxiety, depression, or stress-related health problems, so that they don’t lack self-confidence, and so they aren’t full of limiting beliefs that hinder them from achieving their dreams or reaching their full potential.
I also work with adults, so they don't have to spend years working through issues like I had to. I believe no training or qualification beats the life experience I bring to the table, which helps me connect with you on a deeper level, and it makes me invested in your success.
There is nothing more rewarding than seeing adults work through those tough childhood traumas and being able to let them go. I love empowering them, so they don’t need me in the long run.
A few years ago, I discovered that coaching would be an ideal career path, but something was missing, namely, how to help those with deeper-rooted blocks that simply coaching won’t shift.
So, I got my therapeutic qualifications. It was the best decision I have made for not only my clients but also for myself. I look forward to working with you and helping you shift whatever is making your life harder than it needs to be.
