Emotional Well-being Coaching & Therapy
for Adults
If you are here, it means you have taken the first step to reach out for help. The next step is to find the person you can work best with. It is good to take your time with this decision as it can truly make a difference to your desired outcome, whatever that may be. And you are right to think, my intention is to help you find that person because ultimately, I want what’s best for both of us. For you, achieving your desired outcome, and for me, it’s all about having clients for whom I can make a difference.
Reach out for a FREE consultation where, in a safe space, we discover what is going on for you and how I can help you. At the same time, you will be interviewing me. What makes my methods different:
Some of the conventional therapies don’t tend to focus on resolving the underlying issue so that you achieve a long-lasting result. Instead, they often offer you short-term solutions to manage the presenting symptom (behaviour) and this is often in the form of advice, ‘try if this works’. Often it doesn’t work because we are all different, and not because there is something wrong with you, I’d like to make that clear. Giving advice can also be disempowering, and you may end up feeling worse, and/or feeling like you constantly need someone to help you. This is why people end up in therapy for years. I make sure to avoid that by doing the opposite. I put emphasis on helping you discover what works for you, what resources you already have inside of you, and how you can use those for any challenging situations. Thus, you will be equipped to carry on the change yourself and face other possible challenging situations without having to come back to me. In essence, I help you make better choices, so you can take your control back. And because the sessions are tailored to you as the beautiful, unique individual you are, the coaching or therapy works much faster and provides you with long-term results.
